The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has gone into effect in Europe since May 25.

Interestingly, we have just launched our European server, which pools IPs from all EU member states. If you are interested in browsing the web under the privacy protections available to EU citizens, you might want to check it out.

On the other hand, if you are being denied services to some sites when browsing from a European IP, we have existing servers from the US and Canada (among others).

You may notice many services updating their Privacy Policy, but as far as we are aware, our policies are already compliant. I am PenguinProxy's Data Protection Officer, so please contact me at if you have any questions or concerns.
